Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh (CAAB) is a hi-tech service oriented organization under Transport Sector. Development plan of CAAB are taken on the basis of increase of passenger and cargo movement etc. Besides, as a member state of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), development projects are also taken according to the requirement of ICAO for safe and secured movement of aircraft.

In continuing of implementing the above objectives, the Authority has taken a plan to implement some projects under PPP.
